Missing equipment when moving in

When you move in, certain equipment included in your lease (bed linen, towels, furniture, appliances or any other item mentioned in your contract) must be present and in good condition.

What to do if equipment is missing?

If, during the move-in inspection, you find that one or more items included in the lease are missing or damaged, it is important to report it to us quickly.

Please follow the procedure below:
  1. Specify the name of the equipment concerned and the room in question
  2. Send your report via the form provided for this purpose or by email
  3. Take one or more clear photos of the missing or damaged equipment ##### Replacing the equipment After verification: - If the equipment was taken or damaged by a previous tenant, they will be charged for the replacement, in accordance with the contract terms - If the equipment was included in the lease, its replacement will be arranged as soon as possible ##### Important Any equipment not reported during the move-in inspection may be considered as conforming.
