I broke or damaged something in my accommodation

This article covers all objects, furniture and equipment provided in the apartment when you arrive. If an item or piece of equipment is broken, damaged or no longer works properly due to misuse, it will need to be replaced to ensure the comfort of current and future tenants.

Steps to follow

  1. Take a photo of the item or equipment concerned.
  2. If it is an appliance or technical device: - Note the model reference. - Note the error code if a message is displayed. - Film a short video clearly showing the problem.
  3. Send all this information to our technical team via the online form. ##### Who pays for the replacement? - If the damage is due to negligence, misuse or a voluntary/involuntary accident, you will be charged for the replacement. - If the problem is due to normal use or ordinary wear, Citydays will cover the repair or replacement. ##### Watch out for additional charges If broken or missing items are found: The amount charged may be higher than the original purchase price.
