Mice have got into my accommodation

In some urban areas, rodents can unfortunately be common. It is important to act quickly to limit them settling in and to put in place an appropriate solution.

1. Information to send us

If you notice mice, please send us the following via the "Report an incident" form:

Have you spotted any holes, cracks or possible entry points (skirting boards, walls, floor, behind furniture)?

  • If yes, please send us photos of these entry points.
  • While waiting, you can block them temporarily (cloth, adhesive tape, etc.).

If a pest control campaign is advertised in the building, please let us know.

2. Immediate measures to take

As mice are mainly attracted by food, it is essential to:

  • Take out the bins frequently (at least every two days)
  • Clean the floor and surfaces regularly (no crumbs)
  • Do not leave any food uncovered
  • Store all food in airtight containers

3. What if the problem persists?

If mice are still present despite these measures, please contact our technical team via the form below and send us:

  • The measures already taken
  • Photos of the entry points
  • The information requested above

This will allow us to determine whether a specific intervention (pest control, action via the building management, etc.) is needed and to schedule it as soon as possible.

If the problem persists

Please fill in our incident report form and attach a photo or short video: Report an incident Our technical team will respond quickly if needed.
