My sink is blocked and water is not draining properly.

  2. Place a container under the trap This will catch the stagnant water and avoid splashes.
  3. Dismantle the trap - Gently unscrew the lower part by hand (no tools needed). - Hold the upper part of the trap to avoid moving the whole pipework.
  4. Clean and remove debris - Let the water and residue flow into your container. - Then check if there are any blockages left in the pipe. - If needed, use a small metal hook or an old toothbrush to remove deposits.
  5. Reassemble the trap - Replace the seal inside properly (it is essential!). - Screw it back on carefully.
